How to be a member:
1. Remit the registration fee P400 and annual dues P600 for a total of P1,000 by LBC, Western Union or similar services to Elizabeth M. Bajenting Lot 6, Azienda Roma, Talisay, Cebu.
2. Fill up the form below.
3. State on the message remittance details such as the forwarder; the tracking number of the remittance; name/address of sender, and place where the money was sent.
4. Wait for our reply and activation of your membership.
5. You will be assigned a 3 digit number that will become your Members Identification Number (MIN). Your MIN will also be your permanent number to the free monthly raffle draws for members.
